Faith Wins Ky! Making a Difference this Election.
September 10th, 2020
Kentucky is at a crossroads this election. The sanctity of life, religious freedom, and freedom of speech are hanging in the balance. Violent mobs in our major cities, including our largest city of Louisville, threaten order and safety.
The question is: what will you do to preserve your freedoms? What are you doing to make Kentucky a safer and better place? Are you registered to vote? If so, do you plan to vote in the upcoming election?
We started Faith Wins Ky! to help Christians to preserve foundational freedoms and appropriately engage in the political process. As Christians, we believe that we have an obligation to protect our freedoms. After all, we cannot expect others to do that for us. That’s why we’re asking you to get involved to make a difference this election.
Followers of Jesus are described as salt and light. One way you can be salt—a preserving agent, and light—illuminating the way through darkness, is to register to vote and then vote Biblical values this election. After all, Christians are always called to do good when given an opportunity. This must include helping principled candidates get elected.
So much is at stake. And by doing a few simple things, you can make a huge difference. First, if you’re not yet registered to vote, will you get registered? Simply go to the Faith Wins Ky website to register to vote at www.faithwinsky.org By the way, it only takes a few minutes to register! The deadline to register to vote is October 5.
Once you’ve registered, will you commit to voting Biblical values? We’re talking about pro-life, pro-religious freedom, and pro-family values. Then will you vote for the candidate that will best represent and fight for these values?
We believe that God works through His people. And when we live out our faith, we both honor Him and benefit those around us. In other words, we’re doing the two great commands by loving God and loving our neighbors. You can find more about Faith Wins Ky! www.faithwinsky.org When you go there, could you please take the pledge (under section 2) to vote Biblical values. As our way to say thank you, we will send you a free gift.
Imagine the impact we can have by voting Biblical values and forging a better direction for the Commonwealth. Together, we can make a positive difference in the upcoming election!
